This sublime, one-of-a-kind 11.7mm, round Tahitian pearl is set with a trillion cabochon-cut, mosaic opal on 14K gold.
The pearl has spectacular luster and dreamy coloration with silvery blues through the body, pinks and flashes of gold to the center and a glow that fades from green to steel blue.
The lab-grown opal sets off the pearl with its flashes of reds, ambers, greens and indigos. The advantage of lab-grown opals is that they are exactly the same chemically as a natural stone, but are more durable and should never lose their fiery tones.
The bale opening is 3mm.
