Beautiful jewelry and simple ordering process, shipping was also faster than expected
Very simple process. Went to the website picked out a beautiful bracelet and it was quickly delivered. Very satisfied.
I was rather disappointed when the earrings were received:
1) There was a nice pink orient, but the intensity is not the same as the picture
2) One earring has good lustre, the other is very blurry. This differs from the picture again where the lustre is comparable.
3) The spooks of one earring was bent slightly, likely due to use of force to push the butterfly nut in
4) After I paid, the same pair of earring is still on your website, indicating that the pictures are not the actual pair. If the quality of the one received is comparable or better, of course customers will not find it an issue. It is not the case in the pair I received.
As for the ring
1) There is a line - a rather deep one- on one side of the ring.
2) This is not seen in the picture. It may be better is this is shown and let the customer decide is the pearl is worth the buy for the price.
Customers are excited to support and buy direct from a pearl farm, and may be willing to pay more for direct purchase. But if the pearls are more expensive, yet of poorer quality from buying from retail stores, that does not sit well. To be fair, if your picture shows the pearls as they really are, that would be a good start.

I like the pearl But. There is no GIA report on the pearl. There is a blemish on it about the size of a pin head. The gold has no stamp or come with any guarantee it is 18ct gold. It is a nice setting otherwise.
Pearls are arguably the most precious jewel because it takes a life form to grow! That and the fact that this company works so hard to access them ethically and sustainably make this jewellery special. The pearl I have is stunning. Greens, pinks, and silvers shine in different lighting. The chain is delicate and the craftsmanship is clear in the clasp and bonus keshi pearl, letting the pearl be the star of the show. It’s a wonderful piece to have and I will be wearing it for years to come.

I am absolutely in love with my pearls. They are considered "semi-baroque" but they are actually round and almost perfect. Like y'all have the pitted mana necklace on sale but I think that would be just as gorgeous. They sent me a picture of the pearls before I bought them so I wouldn't be guessing. They were super nice. For some reason they didn't invite me to their island. But it's all love. I'm extremely happy with the triple pearl necklace. Also it got here quick,
After struggling with how to make it larger to fit over my head, then smaller once on (yes I watched the instructional video, more than once!) it was a lovely necklace to wear.
So I got the necklace after a while, probably because I live in Sweden. I thought it would have more color but maybe I just got a gray and white one, it also has hints of green and blue I think
I was expecting a better package than the one I got, but I did pay the cheapest shipping available so that may be why

I got what I payed for, the pearl is real I’ve checked with the teeth method. It has imperfections too. The leather seems also like actual leather it’s not vegan, this leather hela sturdy.
Ima give it a 5 stars more like 4.6 or 4.8 if it’s a 5 star I need to get more than what I payed for

The necklace and matching ear pieces were beautiful. The only glitch was that one of the pearls was misaligned by facing backwards and needed a minor adjustment at the bottom hold ensure it faced forward. The loop holding the pearl was corrected to be more vertical than horizontal. Easy fix. Thank you.

I got the sooo pitted as it’s made for surfers by surfers. It was way better than I expected. Nice colour and barely any pits. I’m in the uk and it didn’t take too long to come either. Nice one Kamoka 👏
