This sublime, one-of-a-kind, round Tahitian pearl measures a large 12.4mm. It's set on a 14K yellow gold bale, set with lab-grown diamonds.
This pearl has stunning luster and bright, green body, with subtle golds and aubergines to its center, and is surrounded by an indigo halo. This is an absolutely spectacular, near perfect, Tahitian A grade (GIA AAAA see our grading system here) pearl!
The seven, full-cut, bezel set lab-grown diamonds each measure 1.3mm (.01 carat). Lab grown gemstones are chemically identical to naturally formed stones but are not mined and are gentler on the planet.
The bale has a 4x3mm opening.
Maia was the oldest of seven beautiful sisters in Greek mythology, known as the Pleiades. Pleiades is also the name of a constellation of stars that determines the change of seasons in Tahitian culture.
