This gorgeously lustrous, semi-baroque Tahitian pearl measures 8.6mm. It is a bright coppery pink hue, edged by greens and subtle indigos. There are minor imperfections that are drowned out by its coloration and luster.
The pearl is mounted on a 14k rose gold fish tail bail that dangles on a sparkling .9mm 18" 14k rose gold chain.
We named this necklace I'a, which means fish in Tahitian, because of the fish tail shape of the bail. Fish are one of the biggest food sources in the islands and their presence means health of the natural world, abundance and a life in balance.
