This sublime, one-of-a-kind, round Tahitian pearl measures 12.2mm. It's mounted on a 14K white gold bail, set with lab-grown diamonds.
This pearl has stunning luster and is a vivid green hue, with pinks and lavenders to its center, all framed by a blue halo. There are a few minor imperfections that are drowned out by its coloration and luster.
The seven, full-cut, bezel set lab-grown diamonds each measure 1.3mm (.01 carat). Lab grown gemstones are chemically identical to naturally formed stones but are not mined and are gentler on the planet.
The bail has a 4x3mm opening.
Maia was the oldest of seven beautiful sisters in Greek mythology, known as the Pleiades. Pleiades is also the name of a constellation of stars that determines the change of seasons in Tahitian culture.
