Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Kamoka Pearls 30-Day Instagram Giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by Kamoka Pearls, [2660 NE Highway 20 STE 610 #65 Bend, Oregon 97701] (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia, excluding territories) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Kamoka Pearls, immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period
The Contest runs from October 25, 2025, at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to November 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST, consisting of 30 daily entry periods (each, a “Daily Entry Period”). Each Daily Entry Period begins when the daily Contest post is published on Instagram and ends at 11:59 PM EST 10 days after the post is published.

4. How to Enter
To enter, during each Daily Entry Period:
- Comment on the official daily Contest post on the @kamokapearls Instagram account, providing a name for the pearl featured in that day’s video.
- The comment with the highest number of likes by 11:59 PM EST 10 days after the video is posted will win that day’s featured pearl prize.
Limit one (1) entry per person per Daily Entry Period. Multiple comments on the same post will not increase chances of winning; only the first comment counts. Entries must comply with Instagram’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Use. Use of automated, programmed, or similar entry methods is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries from one Daily Entry Period do not carry over to subsequent periods.

5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected per Daily Entry Period (30 winners total). The winner for each day is the entrant whose comment naming the pearl receives the highest number of likes by 11:59 PM EST 10 days after the video is posted, as determined by Sponsor’s verification. For example, the winner for the October 26, 2025, post is determined by likes as of 11:59 PM EST on November 5, 2025. In case of a tie, Sponsor will select the winner based on creativity of the pearl name, at its sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries and likes received. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

6. Prizes
Each winner will receive one (1) loose Tahitian pearl featured in the respective day’s video. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $150 per pearl (ranging from $50–$300 based on size, quality, and market conditions). Total ARV for 30 pearls: $4,500. Prizes are non-transferable, non-substitutable, and not redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, which may vary from the stated ARV. Sponsor will not replace lost, damaged, or stolen prizes. If Sponsor loses or damages a prize before shipping, Sponsor may replace it with a pearl of similar value (ARV ~$150), at its sole discretion.

7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via direct message (DM) on Instagram within 48 hours of each Daily Entry Period’s end. To claim the prize, winners must respond with their full name, mailing address, and confirmation of eligibility within 72 hours of notification. If a winner fails to respond, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted, an alternate winner may be selected based on the next-highest-liked comment. Prizes will be shipped to the provided US address before 11:59pm EST on December 30th 2025.

8. Release and Disclaimer
The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram and Sponsor from any liability related to the Contest or prizes. You confirm you are 18+ and agree to these Official Rules.

9. Privacy
No personal information is collected beyond public Instagram comments and DMs for winner notification. Sponsor will use winner data (name, address) solely to deliver prizes and comply with tax obligations, if any. Data will not be shared or sold.

10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity, as determined by Sponsor. Sponsor may disqualify entrants who violate these rules or attempt to disrupt the Contest. All federal, state, and local laws apply. In case of disputes, Oregon law governs, and any legal action must be brought in Bend, OR.

11. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, or misdirected entries; (b) technical or communication failures; (c) errors in Contest administration; or (d) injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or receipt/use of prizes. Winners assume all risks related to prize use (e.g., allergies to handling pearls).

12. Winner List
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Kamoka Pearls, [2660 NE Highway 20 STE 610 #65 Bend, Oregon 97701] by December 31, 2025.
